By accessing and using MRUVD, you agree to comply with these terms. The platform is intended for Myntra sellers and their authorized representatives.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • You must not attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
  • You agree not to interfere with the platform's security features.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account information up to date.
  • Promptly report any unauthorized access or security breaches.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Use the platform in a manner that does not disrupt other users' experience.

3. Return Policies

Return processing is subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be initiated within the specified timeframe.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • Refund processing times may vary based on payment method.
  • RTO (Return to Origin) charges may apply.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

  • MRUVD provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the last 12 months.
  • We are not responsible for third-party integrations or services.

5. Service Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
  • Accounts may be suspended for violation of these terms.
  • We may update these terms, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
  • Premium features may require separate subscription agreements.
  • Data export services are available upon request.
